SUNDAY, MARCH 5-SATURDAY, MARCH 11: CHRIST CHURCH WILL BE HOSTING THE HOMELESS SHELTER. This shelter serves the needs of New Brunswick’s homeless population that exceeds the capacity of the permanent shelter during the winter months. Christ Church and seven other houses of worship have been participating in this program for over 20 years. For this to work at Christ Church we will need at least two volunteers to serve as overnight hosts—arriving at the Church around 7 p.m. and leaving the next morning. Each night there will be approximately 15 men staying in the auditorium, while the hosts spend the night in the Choir room/loft area. If you are able to fill this important ministry please contact Bob Chant at chant (at}   or 732.586.9896. There is also a sign-up sheet in the back of the Church.
