Sermons

The Episcopal Church is among several traditions which share a common three-year cycle of Bible readings, called the Revised Common Lectionary.

Every Sunday, during the Holy Eucharist, we hear four readings, short segments of books or letters from four different parts of Holy Scripture.

  • a Hebrew text (sometimes called the "Old Testament")

  • a Psalm (or portion of a psalm)

  • a New Testament letter (or story) from the earliest Christian communities

  • a Gospel (Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John), describing the life of Christ

Services (with sermons) are available on our YouTube Channel
